- Orders ship via Australia Post with tracking. Rates and delivery estimates show at checkout.
- Click & collect is free — order online, grab it from the counter at 467 Hume Highway, Yagoona NSW 2199 once your pickup email lands.
- High-value orders (graded slabs, sealed cases) ship with signature on delivery.
Returns
- Consumer guarantees always apply.If something arrives faulty, damaged or not as described, we'll make it right — replacement, repair or refund per the Australian Consumer Law. Contact us within a reasonable time with your order number and photos.
- Change of mind — sealed, unopened product in original condition may be returned within 14 days at store discretion (proof of purchase required; return shipping at your cost).
- No returns on opened packs, opened sealed product or singles unless faulty — that's the nature of the rip.
- Graded slabs are sold as pictured — the grade is the grade. Authenticity is guaranteed on every slab we sell.
How to start a return
Email support@cardboardculture.com.au with your order number, or bring the item into the shop with your receipt. Refunds go back to the original payment method once the return is received and checked.
